Conducted by Patrizio Roversi, this episode will take viewers into an interesting travel in time and space, by talking with various experts about the different aspects regarding the life of coffee since its very origins; viewers will see how a Sufi monk discovered the coffee beans for the first time during a journey across the lands of Kaffa in Abyssinia (Ethiopia), and how he obtained a beverage of valuable properties by making the coffee beans boil.
During this journey, various aspects and themes regarding coffee and its revolutionary evolution will be touched in a simple manner but with great intensity.
